Acupuncture is a part of Classical Chinese medicine that's been practiced for over 2,000 years. The essentially painless technique employs the insertion of fine, sterilized, disposable needles into specific points on the body to manipulate the flow of energy, thereby restoring the balance, removing blockages and adding energy where necessary.

Treatments are developed to focus on each individual’s signs & symptoms to address, not just symptoms, but the underlying causes.

The principal aim, one might say the wisdom, of Chinese Medicine is to treat the whole person. This is done by helping the individual recover the equilibrium between the physical, emotional and spiritual in his or her life. In doing so, Chinese Medicine treats conditions at the root level. By applying balancing theories from Classical Chinese Medicine, we not only help patients to restore health but also maintain it.

Nutritional Immunology

A strong immune system leads to a healthy life. Every day our immune system is defending against all kinds of internal or external threats to our health. Building a strong immune system to fight off these threats is the main goal of our practice. Proper nutrition and diet can be the best preventative method to all chronic diseases.

We work with your condition and develop a diet plan to incorporate organic plant based products from E. Excel International* along with stress relief exercises and life style improvements to help boost your immune system. This can help to combat your current conditions and prevent serious diseases from happening.

* E. Excel’s was founded by Dr. Jau-Fei Chen in 1987 in Springvill, UT to promote Nutritional Immunology as its central philosophy. E. Excel offers a wealth of information and a variety of products to strengthen one's immune system. The core principles E. Excel promotes alongside Nutritional Immunology are Eat Right, Exercise Regularly, Sleep Well, Reduce Stress and Keep a Positive Attitude.

Bioplasm Scan

We use Bioplasm-NLS scanner to create a database of your health progress in the course of your treatments. It can provide information from organ systems down to the cellular level through one's electromagnetic field. It is a valuable tool for us to further detect underlying health issues so we can address the causes and work with our body's healing ability before they become more serious.

Bioplasm-NLS scanners provide health information through the brain. The sensors in the headphones will trigger the brain to communicate the frequencies that occur within the body. Each and every change at the cellular level will be detected and identified. It is non-invasive and can be used in people in all age and in various health conditions.

Facial Rejuvenation and Skincare

Skin is the largest organ of our bodies. Skin conditions and complexions reflect our internal health.

Our Facial Rejuvenation & Skincare program helps  to maintain a youthful look, reverse or delay aging, and correct skin issues from inside out naturally. We combine acupuncture, diet, and facial products that are formulated with high quality, all natural, plant based antioxidants and phytonutrients to provide lasting results.

Weight Loss

To maintain a healthy weight not only makes us feel and look good, it also provides benefits that help prevent or improve chronic diseases.

Our weight loss program focuses on finding your underlying imbalances. By combining body and ear acupuncture, we will address the root issues, thereby reducing appetite and stress and improving metabolism. Throughout the program, we will work with you diet and life style to ensure a healthy and achievable goal.

Gua Sha and Cupping

Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped to produce light bruising. Gua Sha can release the underlying stagnation and unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing.

Cupping is a method of creating a vacuum on the patient's skin to dispel stagnation — stagnant blood and lymph, thereby improving qi flow. Cupping also is used on back, neck, shoulder and other musculoskeletal conditions.

Acupressure, Massage, Bodywork

Where as acupuncture employs needles, acupressure uses finger pressure. When acupressure points are stimulated, they promote circulation of blood, release muscular tension and enhance the body's life force energy to aid healing.

Chinese medical massage or tui na is a hands-on body treatment that uses Chinese medicine principles in an effort to bring one's body into balance. The practitioner will use various massage techniques to get the energy moving in the meridians and the muscles. These techniques are claimed to aid in the treatment of both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, as well as many non-musculoskeletal conditions.

Reiki and Crystal Healing

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Crystal Healing therapy involves placing gemstones on the body to draw out negative energy. The purpose of a laying on of stones is to release etheric, emotional, mental or spiritual blocks to well-being.
